Ceiling operating light is one of the important medical devices in the operating room, generally consists of a single or multiple lamp heads connected to the cantilever, which is fixed to the lamp base. It's convenient for doctors to adjust the position of light source according to the specific situation during operation. Ceiling operating light may appear unbalanced after installation, today we will talk about how to deal with the imbalance phenomenon that occurs.
Phenomenon 1 :
Rotating arm is too tight or cannot be positioned arbitrarily when rotating around the fixed lamp base.
Solution :
As shown, adjust the center tube damper of the bracket (labeled) with hexagonal wrench (S=4) and tighten clockwise until the bracket rotates with appropriate tightness and can be positioned in any balancing position.
Phenomenon 2 :
Spring arms and straight tubes rotating around the bracket are too tight or cannot be positioned at will.
Solution :
As shown, adjust the damper at the connection of the spring arm and the rotating arm (labeled) with hexagonal wrench (S=4) and tighten clockwise, until the rotation tightens properly and can be positioned at will.
Phenomenon 3 :
When the spring arm swings up and down, the joint of the spring arm cannot be positioned randomly.
Solution :
As shown, adjust the upper damping screw of the spring arm, using the supplied hexagonal wrench, adjust larger counterclockwise and smaller counterclockwise, only 1-2 turns each time, so that it can be positioned arbitrarily.
Phenomenon 4 :
The small bend arm is too tight or cannot be positioned randomly when rotating around the large bend arm connection.
Solution :
As shown, adjust the damper at the connection of the large bend arm and the small bend arm (Screw A in the picture) with hexagonal wrench (S=4), until the rotation tightens properly and can be positioned at will.
Phenomenon 5 :
When rotating around the small bend arm connection, the lamp head is too tight or cannot be positioned at will.
Solution :
As shown, adjust the damper at the connection of the small bend arm and the lamp head (Screw B in the picture) with hexagonal wrench (S=4), until the lamp head of the ceiling operating light rotates with proper tightness and can be positioned in any balancing position.
